How long will my order take to arrive?
UK standard orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £50.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply for international orders.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information (where available) as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer easy 30-day returns on all eligible items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
